Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how G-Rig handles information when an authorized user connects a Google account through OAuth. The public website is informational and does not provide account registration, payments, advertising, analytics, or public user profiles.
Information Accessed
After a user grants consent, G-Rig may access Google Workspace data needed for the user's requested action. This may include Drive files and metadata, Google Docs content, Google Sheets values and metadata, Google Slides content and metadata, Gmail messages, drafts, labels and attachments, Calendar calendars, events and availability, and Google Meet spaces.
How Information Is Used
Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing Workspace automation requested by the authorized user, such as reading, creating, updating, organizing, exporting, drafting, sending, scheduling, or verifying Google Workspace resources.
Storage and Retention
OAuth tokens are stored in secure credential storage controlled by the authorized environment. Access tokens are used for Google API requests. Operational records may store limited metadata such as account identifiers, scope status, operation identifiers, timestamps, hashes, redacted summaries, and readback status. Google user content is retained only as needed to complete requested operations, support audit or troubleshooting, or comply with applicable obligations.
Sharing and Transfers
G-Rig does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or other unrelated third parties. Information may be shared only when necessary to provide the requested functionality, maintain security, comply with law, or with the user's consent.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect Google user data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should revoke access if they believe an account or device is no longer secure.
Cookies and Website Visitors
The public website is a static informational site. It does not ask visitors to create accounts, submit personal information, or consent to marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
User Choices
Users can revoke the app's Google access at any time from their Google Account permissions page. Users can also remove locally stored credentials from the device or credential store where access was authorized.
Children
G-Rig is not directed to children and is not intended to collect information from children.
Google API Limited Use
G-Rig's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the app's data practices or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page identifies the current version.
