Acceptance

These Terms govern use of G-Rig. By authorizing or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to any Google terms that apply to your Google account and Google Workspace data.

Authorized Use

G-Rig is a limited-access application. You may use it only if you are authorized to connect the relevant Google account and to perform the requested Workspace operations. You must not use the app to access, modify, export, send, schedule, or organize data without proper authority.

Google API Access

G-Rig works only after a Google account grants OAuth consent. The app may request access to Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, and Meet scopes when those permissions are needed for authorized Workspace automation. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of G-Rig complies with applicable laws, Google policies, Workspace administrator requirements, and any obligations that apply to the data you choose to access or process.

Prohibited Use

You must not use G-Rig for unlawful activity, unauthorized surveillance, advertising, data resale, credential sharing, abuse, spam, or any activity that violates Google API policies or the rights of another person or organization.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how G-Rig handles information. By using the app, you acknowledge that Google user data is used only for the purposes described in that policy.

Third-Party Services

G-Rig interacts with Google services. Google is not responsible for G-Rig, and G-Rig is not responsible for changes, outages, policies, or account controls provided by Google or a Workspace administrator.

Availability and Changes

G-Rig may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. These Terms may be updated when the app, its scope, or applicable requirements change. The updated date on this page identifies the current version.

Disclaimer

G-Rig is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Use of the app is at the user's own risk, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-Rig is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the app.
